If you receive the wrong items or the wrong quantities, contact us within 3 business days of receipt: 1-888-269-3385 or orders@blueripplegardens.com, with your order number and the discrepancy. If the error is verified, we arrange pickup and either ship the correct items promptly or credit your account when the items return to our warehouse. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Report damage within 1 business day of receipt — timely notice is critical for the carrier claim. Before signing the Bill of Lading: inspect the shipment, note any damage on the BOL, and photograph it. Damage not noted on the BOL can limit our ability to file a claim and issue a refund.
Returns for reasons other than a shipping error or freight damage cannot be accepted.
